Angela's Bouquet

Greeting Card - 5" x 7"
Created in 2009
This was my first greeting card I created and a huge thanks to Angela Ecker. Angela is my grandmother who kept asking me to draw a picture of flowers. She found an article in the San Diego Tribune about artist, Alexander Girard and one of his pieces titled, "Bouquet". Angela cut out the article and gave it to me. She also wrote what colors she wanted the flowers to be and ask if I would draw these for her. A couple months had past and she never forgot about those flowers. Every couple weeks she would ask me, "how her flowers were coming along"? After six months of persistence I finally create a piece for Angela titled, "Angela's Bouquet".
