Greeting Card - 5" x 7"
Created in 2009
Viz's first greeting card was created thanks to Angela Ecker. Angela is his grandmother who kept asking him to draw her a picture of flowers. After months of persistence she found an article in the San Diego Tribune. The article was about an artist, Alexander Girard and had a picture of flowers he created titled "Bouquet". Angela handed Viz the article she hand cut out, wrote what colors she had wanted the flowers to be and ask if he would draw them for her. A couple months had past and she never forgot about those flowers. Every couple weeks she would ask "how her flowers were coming along". After six months Viz finally looked at the article in depth and instantly realized what he had to do. Christmas was around the corner and he knew a 5" x 7" piece would take about 8-10 hours. It was perfect, he turned them into greeting cards and gave them out as Christmas presents with Angela opening the first card on Christmas. "Angela's Bouquet" was created on on 12/04/09.
All greeting cards are blank on the inside and come with an envelope.
