Shipping Information

All prints will be charged a flat $10 rate via ground shipping using UPS. Any additional print will not incur an additional shipping cost.

All canvases will be charged a $20 flat rate. Any Additional canvas will incur a $15 flat rate.

All greeting cards ship with a flat rate of $3.25 per order for the first 3 orders. For orders of 3 or more, the shipping will be a $10.00 flat rate. So if you were to order 4 sets of greeting cards you would end up paying, $10.00 in shipping, and if you ordered 3 sets of greeting cards you would end up paying, $9.75 in shipping.

Rush, Express or Expedited shipping is not currently available for any products at VizArtInk.com.

Shipping times are usually 5-7 business days from when your order leaves or facility. Warehouse and packaging times will vary and may add additional days.

Canvas artwork takes between 7-10 business days via ground shipping.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to AK, HI and PR.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. Gregg Visintainer must be notified within 24 hrs of receipt or a return will not be accepted. Carrier regulations require that loss & damage claims be filed within 14 days of shipping.  We will initiate a claim and replace items at the discretion of the carrier. Please Note * Replacements and refunds will not be issued until completion of claim 2-3 weeks.

Any return must be approved by Gregg Visintainer in advance of shipping. All packages arriving without a return authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Damaged or mutilated packages should be kept for inspection.

Please do not open your package with a sharp object.  We cannot be held responsible for products damaged while opening the box.

US Orders
Packages are shipped out on Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on holidays or weekends.

AK/HI/PR:
These orders typically take 7-10 days to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

• All returns & exchanges must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting Gregg Visintainer. RA#'s can be issued by phone or e-mail.
• RA#must be obtained within 14 days of receipt.
• Prints MUST be in brand new re-sellable condition in its original packaging with sleeve and sticker.
• Customer pays return shipping; we pay GROUND shipping back to you (USA Only).
• Any return must be approved by Gregg Visintainer in advance of shipping. All packages arriving without a return authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender.
